On Monday 28 November, following a recording session on Friday 25, the ANU School of Music and the Audio & Acoustics Signal Processing department from the ANU School of Engineering held a combined research workshop/Audio Engineering Society (AES) Chapter meeting/ANU Recording Studio Anniversary celebration!

The gathering, organised by Dr Jos Mulder, Lecturer in Music Technology, welcomed guests from Industry Partner Dolby Australia. Professor Samantha Bennett, Professor of Music and Associate Dean Higher Degree Research, thanked everyone for their contributions to the success of the Recording Studio over the last 5 years, including opportunities for staff and students as well as countless commercial recordings coordinated by Matthew Barnes, Technical Manager.
